It can be used to power wells, trolling motors, or you could make your own custom length 6 AWG battery cables! The tangle-free cables are color coded to easily identify polarity. For electric tarp wire applications, or for any other application, we recommend measuring the distance you need to supply power over, and order 5' to 10' of additional 6 gauge booster cable, to allow for flexibility and a few mistakes. Protect your tarp wire by routing it away from hot elements, using exterior-grade heavy duty cable ties or clips. Be sure to properly shield exposed copper, especially if using as 6 awg battery cable.
